You run a training provider: professional certifications, IT and digital skills, languages, health and safety, leadership, or apprenticeship-style programmes. You know that learners, and the HR and L&D managers who buy training for their teams, research providers online before they book. You want your centre to be there when they look, on Google and in AI assistant answers. That leaves one practical question: which Traffic Engine plan fits?
This guide helps you decide based on your size, your ambition and the competition in your area. The aim is not to buy the most expensive plan or the cheapest one, but the plan that matches what you expect visibility to do for you over the next twelve months.
What every plan has in common
First, what stays the same. Every plan starts with a one-time setup of €1,500, from which the €690 Visibility Audit is fully deducted if you go ahead within 30 days. Every plan runs on a 12-month commitment with a measured review at three months. With every plan you receive a dated report each week and follow results in your own Search Console. And every plan carries the same guarantee: whatever it includes goes live on schedule, or the following month is free.
What changes is the intensity, and the seat you hold in your sector.

Which plan for which provider
Presence: the specialist that needs to be seen
Presence suits a smaller, focused provider: a couple of training rooms, one or two strong subject areas, and courses that mostly fill through word of mouth and repeat corporate clients. Your aim is to show up consistently when someone searches for your type of course in your area, and to stop being invisible to people who have not heard of you.
It is also the right plan when capacity is tight. There is no point generating more enquiries than your trainers can handle. The question is simple: how many extra bookings per cohort would cover the plan? Over a year, Presence represents €14,700 including setup.
Momentum: the provider that wants to grow
Momentum is the most common choice for good reason. It fits the established provider that wants fuller cohorts, new course lines, more in-company contracts and a bigger share of its local market.
If you want to reach both self-funding learners and the managers who buy training for a whole department, Momentum gives you the consistency to do it. Year one comes to €24,300: the €1,500 setup plus twelve payments of €1,900. Our guide on payback on a visibility investment shows how to work out how many learners or contracts that takes.
Flood: the provider that wants to lead its area
Flood is for a provider with several sites or a broad catalogue, training individuals, companies and public bodies alike, that wants to be the reference name for its flagship courses. It is the intensive seat, and it assumes real capacity: enough trainers and rooms, and a team that can turn enquiries into enrolments quickly.
When an exclusive plan makes sense
Kolonell opens a maximum of 3 standard seats per sector and area, each with its own positioning. In practice, two other training providers in your area could be working with Kolonell at the same time as you, on different seats.
If you want to be the only one, Momentum Exclusive and Flood Exclusive lock the sector: no competitor in your vertical will be served in your area for the full commitment. Exclusivity can only be bought while the sector is empty, though. The moment a first standard seat is signed, it is gone. Our guide on why a serious provider limits clients per sector explains the logic.
Exclusivity is worth considering if several providers in your area compete on the same courses, if your contracts are high value, or if you plan to expand and want to secure your position first.
Three questions to settle it
- What is one learner or one corporate client worth to you? An in-company programme for a whole team is worth far more than a single enrolment. The higher that value, the easier it is to justify a more intensive plan. The payback calculator runs the numbers with your figures.
- How many new enrolments can you absorb? Match the plan to your real capacity in trainers and rooms.
- How crowded is your market? If several local providers already target the same learners, waiting narrows your options, and exclusivity can disappear at any time.
To see how these figures fit within a wider budget, our guide on setting a monthly visibility budget for a training provider helps you weigh the options.
Where to start
If you are torn between two plans, start with the Visibility Audit. It maps where your centre stands on Google and in AI assistants, compares you with other providers in your area and sets out an action plan, with a report within 48 business hours and an optional 45-minute video walkthrough. You then pick your plan on a factual basis.
See the Traffic Engine offer and check which seats are still open in your area, or send a question on WhatsApp for a reply within 24 business hours.
